I was looking back through some old client photos recently and came across these from 4 years ago.

Chris transformed his body over 8 months.

I can’t give you every detail of the journey now, but
I was never going to be the loud, drill sergeant coach type.

That’s just never been me.

And to be honest, for a while I probably thought that was a disadvantage in the fitness industry.

Because fitness often makes it look like the coach with
I’ve been coaching men through body transformations for 10 years.
